We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and as beautiful as possible. Because of supply delays from Covid-19, the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. We reserve the right to substitute flowers by color to keep the arrangement to value and color. Please note there is a 24 hour guarantee for Rose arrangements and 48 hours for mixed arrangements. Directions for the care of your arrangement are included in the delivery tag. Please follow these directions to help maintain and prolong the life of your flowers. They like clean water just like you, so please change the water, give them some flower food and clean the container when the water gets cloudy. This will help keep your flowers fresher longer. Please note that arrangements are 1-sided and are priced that way - if you would like an all the way around arrangement additional charges will be incurred. Non-Perishable Gift Items
If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 5 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided we will substitute to the closest flowers/color that are available.
