Delivery & Holiday Information

From our family to yours — here’s everything you need to know about sending flowers with love and care.

Holiday Orders

To help us make every delivery special during the busy holiday season, please place your order 5–7 days before major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day.

We’re a small, family-run shop and delivery spaces fill quickly, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate you!

We’re closed on: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.


Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (recipient’s time zone) are typically delivered between 1:00–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

If it’s after 1:00 PM, please give us a quick call — sometimes we can still squeeze in nearby deliveries! We always do our best to help, especially for Bridgewater Park, Timber Ridge Rehab, and Kate’s House.


Delivery Details

  • Normal delivery hours: 2–5 PM daily

  • Timed deliveries can be requested for an additional $25, depending on our route availability

  • Funeral flowers are always our highest priority — we confirm service times directly with the funeral home to ensure everything arrives beautifully and on time

  • High schools: deliveries are accepted for teachers only (not students)

  • PO Boxes: we’re unable to deliver to P.O. or A.P.O. addresses


When No One’s Home

If the recipient isn’t available when we arrive, we’ll do our best to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor, and leave a message to let them know.

Some gated communities (like Oak Run or Palm Cay) require the recipient to be home for entry, so delivery may be made the next day when they’re available.


Incorrect Addresses

We know mix-ups happen! If an incorrect address is provided, we’ll do our best to correct it. A $10 address update fee may apply to help cover re-delivery costs.


Changing or Canceling an Order

Because flowers are often designed and delivered the same day, changes and cancellations are limited once the order is in progress.
If you need to make a change, please call us right away — we’ll always do our best to help if the order hasn’t yet been arranged or sent out.

(Email changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed in time.)


Contacting the Recipient

Our drivers may reach out to confirm that someone will be home — especially in gated communities where entry requires the recipient to be present.


Requests to Leave at the Door

We’re happy to leave arrangements in a shaded, safe location when possible. Please note, once the arrangement has been delivered and left per your request, we can’t be responsible for weather or damage after drop-off.


If the Recipient Declines the Delivery

If a delivery is refused, we completely understand that circumstances can change. The arrangement cost is non-refundable, but we’ll happily donate the flowers to a local hospital or shelter so they still bring joy to someone’s day. 


Card Messages

The message you write in the “Card Message” box is exactly what will be sent with your flowers — we never include any billing or payment details.
