Delivery Policy

Holiday Delivery

To help keep delivery flowing smoothly during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 5-7 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day.  We cannot guarantee delivery space for calls not placed within that time frame due to delivery capacity but we will try to accomodate as much as possible. 

We are closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Fathers Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Same Day Delivery

Orders accepted before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone will be sent out for delivery between 1 and 4 Monday through Friday depending upon delivery slots filled that day and location of delivery.  Please call the shop for orders after 1 pm to see if we have availability. Sometimes we can accomodate orders that are close by.  We always make time for Bridgewater Park, Timber Ridge Rehab and Kate's House. 

Specific Times

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time,  You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering and this will be at an additional cost of $25 to the delivery fee. We will call you to verify if the delivery can be made for that time requested. 

Delivery Times

Normal delivery times are 2-3pm daily. During major holidays such as Christmas week, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we have extended hours for PICK UP ONLY and delivery times are unavailable as we will deliver as quickly as we can due to increased volume.  Please call to verify if we have space available before you order to save time.  Please be flexible with your date requests during this time as we can often fit in close by addresses in our already full day.  The website will not reflect this information so a phone call may help out your delivery.  

Funeral Homes

These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will attempt to look it up to expedite completion of the order but please have the address and information available at the time of the order. We normally contact the funeral home to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we deliver 2 hours prior to the viewing per the funeral home instructions. 

High Schools

High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher's gifts to the high school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early because they usually must be received by 1pm.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.

If no one is home

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery. If the delivery cannot be made that day an additional delivery charge may be incurred to re-deliver to the recipient. GATED COMMUNITIES LIKE OAK RUN AND PALM KAY do not allow drivers into the community without the recipient being home so we will not be allowed to leave the arrangement and will have to call to ensure they are home before we can deliver, otherwise the delivery may be made the following day when the recipient is home to receive the flowers. 

Incorrect Addresses

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal.

Recipient will be contacted

The driver will contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery especially in gated communities like Oak Run and Palm Kay which require the recipient to be home in order for our driver to be allowed through the gate into the community to make the delivery. 

Request to leave item at door

The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We are happy to leave the arrangement on a shaded porch but not in a driveway.  Gated communities like Oak Run and Palm Kay will not allow us entry to the community without someone being home.  We will attempt to deliver the next day if they are not home on the date requested. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Recipient refusal of delivery

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, customer will be held fully liable for the cost of the gift. No refunds will be given and we will gladly donate the arrangement to a local hospital or shelter. 

Card Messages

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
